Me: 176.5, up 2.5 pounds from last week. I'm disappointed with myself over this, of course. I had another 4 day weekend, and I had several failures of willpower over the full week. I need to get back on track. I do NOT want to be in the 170's for months and months. I need to grow up and do what I need to do next week.
Hi Tea-leaf, my morning WI was 178.8, this is my first week getting serious, so I am SOOO proud of myself. I have went up and down a little around this weight, struggeling with the idea to get started or to give up. I love the tickers on this sight, they are so awesome, I am so proud of you, look at you 81.5 lbs lost, that is excellent. It helps to hear that others gain a lb or a few, but they keep on going. It lets me know that we are here for eachother, to help, and accept eachother for trying, even if we trip up here and there.

I weighed in at 231, finally down about 4 lbs after several weeks of increased walking and the scale not moving.
I knew it was from inflamation from pushing the activity, I'm training to walk a marathon to raise money for the Lukemia and lymphoma society, but still wanted to see the scale move.
Still at 145, but not complaining too much - it's better than 150! I'll probably be 144 by Monday or Tuesday because I usually lose weight after my body takes a day off from exercise.
209, down 2 pounds from last week. It could have been 3-4 pounds but I had a couple of slips. Overall I am happy though! Since thebeginning of the month, I am down 8 pounds so that's nothing to complain about! One more week of weigh-ins to go.
