Can anyone suggest a good Detox program. I believe I could drop a few inches off my waist this way, but its hard to find a program that doesn't include a lot of complicated herbs and teas that I don't have.

I don't detox per se, but find that I can drop about an inch off the waist by only drinking water as my liquid of choice and eating really clean and watching salt intake.
make sure you eat lots of fibre! i read somewhere 95% of adult americans don't eat the minimum amount each day. lots of fibre clears the bowles this stops any toxins from the bowls soaking back into the system.
Green tea. cheap simple tastey after a few days you feel much better. word of warning if like me you were a heavy coffee drinker then giving up coffee will make you feel much better but you suffer for about a week. when you stop drinking it.
