Default Leslie Sansone Walk at Home................

Hello girls....................
I just thought I would share this with you! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Leslie Sansone Beginners 1 mile walk.........So, I bought her Walk Slim Fast Firming, Walk Slim Fast Start to Fast Walking and her Walk N Tone. I also got her DVDS for outside or treadmill walking Mile 1, 2 & 3.

I like that I can do these at my own pace and that it is flawless! You can't make a mistake and you don't have to count anythng. The 1/2 mile goes so fast and then the 1 mile in like 20ish minutes!!!!! She adds some upper body motions, side steps, and back kicks............but.............if you can't do them, you just keep on walking!

I have Leslie Sansone "Walk n Kick" and "Walk n Jog". I love them. I think anyone can use her dvds. You can make them as tough as you need them to be.

I fell in love with Walk Away the Pounds so I bought Walk & Kick and I just ordered her You Can Do Yoga DVD. Her DVD's, in my opinion, are the best for people who haven't had a regular exercise routine before. Even if you have they're still a great workout!

For those of you who live in the NYC area, Time Warner cable offers an excersise on demand channel. There are several walking episodes. I tried my first one this morning. It was great! and even better, it was free.
