Default being honest, mostly with myself

I gained a few pounds and had been refusing to change my ticker. But today I decided to add in the gain to it, so I can be realistic with myself. Just wanted to post on here to keep myself honest and to work to re-lose those pounds I gained!!!

I am still determined to lose those 15 pounds by October 1st!!! Here's hoping I didn't overindulge too much to ruin that goal.

Good for you, Cat! I know it's hard to change your ticker to ADD weight, but you will be lowering it soon enough. Good luck making your october 1st goal!

I just did that this morning, too. I put on 4 pounds and have generally been avoiding the scale so I didn't have to face up to it. Well, I have and I'm moving forward with my weight loss. Good for you for doing it, too!

Thanks everyone! I got off my arse today and ran a bit then tonight I walked a mile and a half. I still made some not so great food choices but I am doing better. I need to cook more at home and the weight would melt off me!

I do think being brutally honest is essential in dealing with our weight. Afterall, we simply can not change what we don't acknowledge.

Great going for owning up to it. And good luck getting that number to slide back down. You'll do it. Absolutely. Positively. Without a doubt.

Down a pound now (Friday is my weigh in) so I am sure a lot of that weight is salt and junk that needed to process out of my body!

Off to eat a healthy breakfast and take a walk!
