Default Journal - Thursday, January 3rd

Morning all... am having a very sloooow moving day

Morning - 6
bagel - 4, cof - 1, apple

Midday - 6
fell back on the old standby --- Fish Tacos - 5, apple -1


Evening
Chose meatloaf - 7, rice - 3, bok choy - 1, skinny cow - 2

Total - 25

Exercise - hill walking earned 2 points

I love meatloaf; unfortunately DH doesn't...

limas & corn/bb marg 3
zucchini/broccoli melange

snack:
cheese 2
bites of linguine 1
choc milk 2.5
bites of chocolate 1

total: 23.5

exercise: stairmaster 40 -2

Hi everyone. At home today with another cold . I am getting tired of this.

breakfast:
all bran mufffin 2/2
lunch:
nothing
dinner:
short mint mocha 4/6
peanut butter 3/9
english muffin 3/12
exercise: perhaps, they say it isn't bad for you - gym- 40 min elliptical
water: in the form of weak herbal tea
vitamin:si,si

Laurel -

It's a "refined" Silver Palette recipe. Lots of finely minced veggies, very lean ground beef and some turkey sausage... I've never made meatloaf before and had no idea how it would turn out. Yummers! If you're interested I'll zap ya the recipe. I bet it would freeze well, and then you could have it even if your DH doesn't!

Patchie - I'd love the recipe! On the rare occasions when hub is not home, the first thing I make is meatloaf!
