1000 calories a day is way too low-you should never go below 1200 a day-it can slow your metabolism and you have trouble getting the nutrients your body needs.
1400 is about right for you-when you are at goal weight you can slowly raise that by a few hundred calories to maintain that weight-to about 200-2500 depending on how active you are.
Hope that helps-oh, and the ww point system just puts calories and fat into a system, so you are doing too much work trying to count both-the point system was made to make it easier-so do one or the other and save yourself the headaches.
