Well, I just saw this category on 3FC (I'm pretty new) so I thought I'd pass my blog, and check out everyone else's here! I just started this like... today, so there's not much there yet... and I have a history of not keeping up very well with blogs, but I'd like to make an effort to post weekly if not daily... I know this will be therapeutic for me, and help me sort out some issues I have with losing weight and pass along information I've found as I go on this journey.
