This is where we can post all of our activity for the month. Any activity will do, swimming, videos, walking, biking, dancing etc. Just start moving!!! Feel free to post your workout goals too.
I will keep on walking and doing weights. But I will also buy a Leslie Sansone video and try that this month. It seems like when I was doing Turbo Jam and Tae Bo and I really wasn't losing. I think I was gaining in muscle, so I stopped doing them.
Hi ladies, I didn't get a walk in but I did play tennis for a while last night. So I worked some off. I really enjoyed it with my hubby. It was so much fun. WE'll have to do that more often!
Since I don't stick to any ONE thing.....ever.......I'll just keep you guys posted as to what I am doing as I do it! lol!

Well, this was my final day of exercising on my Labor Day exercise & walking goals....and since August 15, I have:
Walked a total of: 47.5 miles (I more than doubled my goal!)
Exercised a total of: 921 minutes (above my goal).
I won't change my Labor Day goal ticker until I weigh in again (probably on Thursday or Friday), so I'll keep a seperate log for now (off the computer) of the miles I walk and exercise minutes that I do - then when I update my ticker for my new Halloween goals - I'll just put them on there too...
Jeanne are we the only ones working out this week...lol? I got another walk in last night and the night before. Hope everyone is to busy moving to post!!!
I did my water aerobics class Monday/Wednesday. Didn't go today. I overslept.
I was tired, must have shut the snooze and went back to slumberland. Oh well, rest is important too. I need to clean the house today, so that's a workout.
