I seem to be doing pretty good with the calorie counting. I've tried so many other ways of losing the weight and I would just give up after a day or so. I think this way is working for me because I'm not at all feeling deprived.
I'm actually having problems eating up all of my calorie intake. One of the problems I've had is not eating enough food in a day and I think it was actually hindering my progress at losing weight. Now I'm making sure I eat enough so that my body can work properly and making sure I'm getting in my 8 glasses of water a day.
I've already lost a few pounds which is I'm sure a result of the water intake and I know I won't continue to lose at this rate. That's good though, because I would like to only lose around 2 pounds a week so I am more likely to keep it off and so it's easier for my body to adjust to the loss. It's hard for me to not want to see immediate results and quick weight loss but I know it is the best way for me to do this. I'm trying to only weigh myself once a week but so far...I've been doing it every day!
But I will only change my tickers once a week.
I want to thank you all for such informative threads and posts. They have helped me so much in the last few days!
