Default Healthy Oils

I was thinking about what I was going to have for dinner since it needs to be on the go, and I was thining about my 6 inch chicken breast on wheat from subway. With tons of veggies, but instead of putting itailian dressing on it, can i put oil and vinear and could that be the 2 healthy oils??

I think it depends on the kind of oil they use. If it is the olive or canola oil or one of the others listed as healthy oils then yes you can count it. If it's a vegetable oil or non listed oil then I would say no.

they use vegetable oil or at least they used. If you are taking your sub to go why not just have some olive oil or canola at home and put it on at home.

If its already mixed, how are you going to measure 2 teaspoons of oil?
