Let me see, we had this come up a while ago. I believe that they should not be less that 200 calories or more than 300 cal. The more protein the better, and try to keep sodium under 600. When you eat them, drink 2 extra glasses of water that day to offset the sodium. I look for ones that are basically protein and carbs. I don't like ones that are entrees with lots of veggies, since the veggies do not count against your daily veggies counts anyway, I don't like wasting calories on them. I love pizzas and panninis the best.
