Question Doing WW again after 5 years away...

Hi, I'm starting WW again after a 5 year hiatus. i'm 27 years old and I now weigh 260 lbs and am very unhappy with my weight. In 2002 when I was on WW I weighed 225 lbs when I started, but I only lost 14 lbs in 12 weeks. In 2002 I used the "Winning Points" system. Should I still use that system since I still have all of my books from then? Has WW changed that much in five years? I'm hoping to lose weight and be healthy.

Hi Chilipepper

Welcome back. I am doing winning points, but it is really up to you which program you want to do. I know it worked for me in the past and that is what I am going to stick too. Feel free to join us on the support group thread. Good Luck!!!
