Default Am I counting right?! STILL not healthy??!!

Okay I started counting calories and so far im doing great for today

heres what i had

Breakfast- 10:00

1 cup of kashi cereal- 190
1/2 cup of 2 percent milk- 65 calories
----------------------
255 calories

Snack #1 12:30

1 box of raisins - 130
-------------------
130 calories total

Lunch (using foodnetwork.com) 3:00

1 cup Spinach carrot - 60 calories
corn on the cob (no butter)- 58 calories
2 plaintains slices- 50calories
-----------------
Im going to round this to about 200 calories

Snack 2- 5:30

Kashi Bar- 140 total

DInner-8:00

Cucumber Salad- (added cucumber and lettuce together)- 113
Fish (no skin, just meat fillet) - 115

TOTAL- 153

SNACK-= 10:15 (bed time snack thing)

Glass of milk- 130

TOTAL ALL TOGETHER- 1008.

STILL NOT ENOUGH CALORIES CONSIDERED "HEALTHY" on this board

and this whole time i thought i was eating enough food with a good amount of nutrition. Im suppose to have like 500 more calories?

Plus im doing 2 hr of exercise today (instead of 6. my attempt to do things healthy)

But anyway I think its a huge improvement and I feel really good. I started Turbo Jam and I am doing exercises that create muscle so thanks for all the advice guys none the less

Im not seeing a nutritionist any time soon so i might as well start making changes by myself.

Its not a bad menu just needs some tweaking.

What about for dinner add 1/2 or 1 serving whole grain brown rice.
That first snack what about adding an apple or some strawberries with that.
For lunch what about adding a bit of protein such as chicken or fish.
Second snack again why not add some fruit to that or a light yogurt or a thing of 2% string cheese.

On that cucumber salad are you adding any salad dressing? If so remember to count those calories as well. Also what are you drinking during the day?

I always toss 1oz of nuts in there or PB with celery if I need to boost my calories for the day. High in healthy fats so therefore high in caloires.

Your plan is getting better and better!

All you need to do is add about 200 more calories to each day. Since you are on the lower end of weights, you won't need to eat 1700-1800 calories a day, like you might if you were heavier and had a lot more to lose.

A 1200-1400 calorie range each day would be probably perfect for you.

BTW-I don't usually eat dressing on my salad, either-especially if it has any chicken or fish with it, because I just have a bit of meat with each bite.
