I am going to have a tubal next week and I am worried that it will keep me from exercising. I wonder how long I will have to wait until I can exercise afterward? Anybody out there had this done? What was your recovery time? I am kind of nervous...
I didnt have that done, but I had laproscopic surgery of me ovaries and they make the same incisions. i was uncomfortable but not any serious pain. For about a week I couldnt really do anything and then it was about 2 or 3 weeks for me to really feel 100% better.
I had a tubal on a friday and went back to work that monday. I was still sore though. I would say give yourself at least a week before you do light-moderate workouts. Defientely no weights for about 3-4 weeks. You will go back to the dr for a post op and after that you can go back to normal.
Having Surgery....what about my exercise?!
