Hi Everyone,
Well, I started last May 06, went from 170 to 139. I am now up to 147.5 and have not really counted calories since the beginning of April. I guess I just got lazy after I accomplished so much and started slacking off. One week turned into 2 weeks, then a month, then another... and now over 4 months later I am ready to start being serious again. I know how to do it, I just need to motivate myself to count calories again and drop these 10 pounds that I have put back on.
Anyone else in the same boat? I felt so much better about myself when I was counting calories. I felt like a slacker when I didn't. So, I want to be back where I was before. So, starting TODAY I am counting calries again and keeping track of my progress.
