Just got back from my Vegas Vacation (8 days). I tried desperately to stay on my diet it all went down hill. I had anything and everything. I had the time of my life. If any of you have been to Sin City, you basically have to walk everywhere on the strip. Well I am pleased to find out that despite all the eating I did there was a lot of walking to burn off those calories too. I got off the plane with some swollen feet, retained a bit of water. I weighed in today and found out I only gained 2lbs on Vacation!!!
Im assuming most of it is water weight but all that walking did pay off. Now its back to my diet. yay me!
