How did everyone do with their July weightloss goal? Since July isn't technically over until midnight, I won't weigh until morning. Thought I would at least get the thread started since our sweet Ruth usually does.
I gained four freakin' pounds this month. What the HECK?! I was under my calories every day except for maybe two (my birthday and a date with my husband), and even on those days I was maybe only up to a maintenance level. I'm going to bed just a little bit hungry so I know I'm not storing up fat overnight. All of this stupid exercise must be keeping some water weight on. Argh. I had told myself I was only going to weigh on the first and then wait until the first of August, but I might weigh myself when I get to New Jersey on the 6th to see if anything has changed, and then wait until September to weigh again. I did go and put my inches in the inches lost sticky. I've never measured my inches before so I hope I did it right. I'll measure inches again when I weigh again in September.
Grrrr. I'm so frustrated right now. Eating right...exercising a lot...argh.
My goal for the month was 5 lbs and I lost 6. Almost to my original goal which I think I may tweak by another 5 pounds as there are still some flabby places hanging around.
