Im looking to start tom. Im looking to lose the "last" of my baby weight from the 60lbs I gained I am going to modify by giving myself 4 extra egg whites a day for added protein but thought the rest looked good as Long as I eat lots of veggies and get my calcium in... anyone on this diet??
Im nursing an almost 8 month old 5-6 times a day right now and hes also eating 2 "meals" a day of solids.
