trying so hard....
to loose the rest of this weight. I have been in the 150s it seems like forever!!! Everytime I exercise it seems like I have to stop b/c my head starts hurting or I have to stop b/c my blood pressure is low and I feel like I have to eat something (I always eat something 30 minutes before I exercise, so I don't know why its like this). I have just been really struggling the past couple of months....I really want to keep it up so Im not going to give up, Im tired of feeling tired and hungry all the time! I eat 5 small meals a day and drink lots and lots of water...I eat fruit and veggies more then anything also. I just want my energetic self back!!
