I hang my head in shame.

Last week started out so great (first week P1 after a good couple years) and then I crashed and burned. It was a combo of emotional and logistical. A family friend passed away & I needed to step up to help out. I didn't realize how much it would affect me. And, my diet.

Oh well, I decided that it just wasn't the best week to start back on the Beach. Therefore, I call "do overs" and started back today. (My start weight stayed the same, BTW)....

Hoping for the best.

Wouldn't life be grand if we could "do over" all the time?!

Glad you got everything back under control. I'm so sorry to hear about the death of your friend. At least you didn't gain anything. There are going to be lots of stressful times in our lives, and even if we know how to just maintain at those times, we are better off than if we were gaining.

Welcome back. Stress does bizarre things to our resolve. Hope things settle down for you soon. I also just began P 1 again after a death in the family sent me in a tail spin. I know I need to complete what I began, so I'm back. Good luck in you efforts. Linda
