Default Can someone take a look at.....

My Fitday graph (both cals. in and cals. out) and tell me if my percents and stuff look about right. They look about right to me but I am so new to this stuff I am a little unsure. Thanks.

First things first ... are you satisfied most of the time? Do you have the energy to do the things you must do and be active?

Yeah I feel satisfied most of the time. And then roughly 30mins before my next meal I start to feel hungry. Yeah I have been having the energy to clean the house and do at least one exercise tape a day sometimes 2 times (different times of the day).

If you get your fitday reports page and check nutrients, do they look pretty good? do you take a multivit?

I take a multi vitamin every day. I also take a Niacin pill everyday with lunch.

A little tweak? up protein, watch the carbs and skimp on those fats. Slipping in a few fresh vegetables ought to work like a charm without you having to change much at all!

It looks like you're doing great! You seem to be having protein with every meal, which is very good, and you've switched over to higher fiber carbs--yay!. My suggestion would be to add more veggies. If you just make a side salad to go with your lunch and your dinner it adds very few calories but lots of lovely nutrients (and volume). I get a bit lazy with salads myself, but since I know them to be crucial, I often prep all the veggies for a week's worth of salads in advance and keep them in a tupperware container in the fridge. It makes it much easier for me to eat them.

But you're doing great!
