Default Upper body suggestions

Does anyone have any suggestions for toning the upper body at all. i would be greatful for the suggestions

For me, using resistance bands really started showing me results.

I use hand weights (5lbs each), and just do stuff I make up and see on tv... lol Not much help I know...

I did a search on the internet for handweight exercise and came upon a BUNCH of them, I printed some, but have no idea where I found them now.. Just type in "handweight exercises" on google, and it will give you a few sites..

Hi mrsaugie,
I hate to sound like a know-it-all, but I wanted to offer a small tip to help you on your way. Whatever exercises you choose to do, try to exercise both sides of the body. What I mean is, if you do moves for your biceps, make sure you do the triceps at the back as well. If you do chest exercises, make sure you get some moves in that work your back muscles also. It's important for good posture and less risk of injury. I'm certainly no expert, but it's good for you I personally enjoy winsor pilates' upper body workout. Good luck! The cool thing about upper body work is that you see results somewhat faster than anywhere else
