Glad you had a fun day, Linda. What did you do to celebrate? And, yes, getting right back on track is a real test of commitment, which I know you have.

Since Canada Day fell on Sunday, does that mean nobody got today off?

And even though I'm not Canadian, I had a great Canada Day. My DD and I ran in the morning, then she helped me in the yard. Since I've come down with a raging case of tendonitis around my right elbow, I've been having a hard time shoveling bark dust so having her help was wonderful.

I'm glad you had a good day Linda.

Good luck getting back on track. You've been sounding very, VERY determined, so I know you will be right back on track today.

I AM determined

For us, yesterday consisted of the big parade in the morning, playing at the great big community park playground/water park, picnic...then home for a rest and then down to the beach for some excellent fireworks..a lovely day

Sheila, since the holiday fell on a Sunday, workers get today as the statutory holiday So we get to have Daddy home today...I think we'll go take the kids to see Ratatouille, and out for dinner as a reward for finishing up the school year...yay for family dates!

I saw Ratatouille last night - didn't love it. I was very disappointed. It was all about food - and rats.
