Hi everyone, I just found this site and I hope it can give me an added boost to help me get fit. I'm 24 and I want to lose just over 60 pounds to improve my health and my self-confidence. I've suffered from eating disorders in the past so it's a bit daunting for me to learn how to lose weight sensibly and slowly for once (and also to have a sensible weight loss goal) but I hope that I can learn some tips here. Hello Sugarkane - I've just joined tonight as well. Have tried weight watchers many times and lost weight successfully. Have not dieted for several years now and need to lose at least 2 stone. I am aiming for the 1 stone mark first! I have all the books etc., but am not going to join a meeting as the times of meetings are not convenient and the nearest group is 12 miles away!
