After 2 weeks in Seattle visiting my mom I'm finally home! We had a great trip but it's so nice to be back in my own space again! Can't wait to catch up and see how everyone is doing. Missed you guys!

Welcome Back Tricia. You were missed. I'm glad you had a great trip. It's funny, I really was thinking and wondering how you were doing.

I see from another couple of posts that you actually LOST 4.5 lbs while away. That is so incredibly AMAZING. You must be walking on clouds. What a huge, huge, HUGE achievement.

I am going to stay at a friends vacation home in a couple of weekends. I love it there and have a great time with these friends, it'll be the first summer I REALLY get to enjoy it - but I am terrified of being away from "my food" for so many days. And "my exercise". I'm sooo nervous about it. I think I will bring along some of my gear. Lots of my beloved cauliflower and green beans. Fiber One Cereal as well as some other food items that I just can't imagine being without. I'll bring along my reisistance band as well.

Tricia, congrats on being so in control and LOSING weight while away. You're home free now. If you can do that, you can do ANYTHING!!!!!
