Default Finally broke through Plateau

Had to have a separate thread for this one....I finally broke through my 3 week plateau...the scale finally moved....I was starting to get discouraged but all of the threads kept me motivated to just tweak eating a bit and it worked. Thanks everyone

congrats....

3 weeks huh? I guess that puts me at a plateau. I had 14 weeks this past winter where i stayed within the same 2 pounds. in fact I finally got to the point where I gave up the hopes of ever getting below 241....

so tell me what would giving up involve?

Great news...Worth staying OP for, huh?

I think I'm kind of plateuing myself. Not really sure..I ordered a scale even though I didn't really want to and waiting for it to come in to find out. I've decided I will weigh myself once a month.

Thanks everyone!!!

Nessa, I don't think I will give up this time, because this time I have a different mindset. This is not a diet this is a way of eating healthy and I have been op for 6 months now, just have the knowledge that plateaus are going to happen to me...You did great overcoming a 14 week plateau that is awesome.

I updated my weightloss trend that I have been keeping since 2004. I am 5 lbs from being my lowest weight on that chart but the trend I am liking is that for the past 6 months it is a slow and steady down trend where previous trend is definitely yo-you dieting up and down and up and down. 2006 I was higher than 200 lbs the whole year with 220 being highest I ever been without being pregnant.
