I see LAWL is running a $3 a week promo and no registration fee. Bargain for anyone thinking of joining their local center. Definately less than what I paid.

Can you tell me where you saw this promo? The local centers are having a luau joining celebration tomorrow (at $7/week) and I would love to get a lower rate.

I saw a commercial today for the $3 a week special here in the St Louis area - The $3 promo may not be in all areas

Hmm. I'm in Charlotte, NC. The best I have heard is 6 weeks free at the regular $12 rate or the $7 luau promo. Drat, foiled again.

Greater Kansas City, Missouri area is where I saw the promo. I weighed in today and they told me it was the best deal ever.

This is a corporate center so that may be the difference. Maybe in your area they are franchises?

Hey Norissa.........I asked DH how far we are from Imperial.........he said only like 40 minutes. I am in Maryland Heights.....which is right near St. John's Hospital off of 270. I am starting the smell the coffee we may share one day

I just rejoined LAWL on Monday w/ this program. I paid $213 for 13wks weightloss, 6wks stabilization and 52wks maintenance. I am paying for the lites separate. Since I was a past customer in '01 I knew exactly how not to buy a years worth of lites at once. lol

I used to post on this board in '01-'02. Howdy!

I am in Illinois around Chicagoland area and we have the $3.00 a week special with the LA Lites paid in advance.

If I do the program with this special, and need to lose around 100 lbs how much do you think this will cost me?

I'd say 2lbs per week times the $3 plus the cost of the Lites. Our ad is for the "lose all you want and only pay for 20 pounds" you could ask and see if they have that special--??

Hi, KitKat -

I think I was on this forum the same as you with Star, Jewel, etc, back in the day. I recently rejoined, but not at that price. My home COD is Staten Island, but sometimes I go to the one in Downtown Manhattan. Since I haven't been in this week maybe they'll offer me $3 to buy more weight loss weeks if they're in on this promotion.

And hello to everyone else here at 3FC LAWL - I usually have to lurk because I don't get a lot of PC time, but reading all your posts really has me recommitted to the program.

It's been 6mths since I lived in NYC and I miss their pizza terribly. (guess I shouldn't be thinking about pizza for now).

Kitkat--in a pinch the lean cuisine frenchbread pizza is delish--not NYC style I'm sure but it sure helps the craving for me.
