well, i am confessing a lot today. i didn't even come here yesterday cuz i was having a free-for-all in the fridge.
this am we went to ww. curtis lost again and now has 4 stars for losing over 20 lbs. i played my "no weigh" pass and dodged the scales. we stayed for the meeting and are both planning to do better this week. it's back to basics for us. i keep saying "we" even though curtis had a good loss 2+ lbs. we had our own pow wow on the way home and are going to cut out some frills for a bit.
i especially like what curtis said to me and also to everyone at the meeting, "we need to just do it and get it done."
i've been "piddling" and need to get busy.
patti, you are amazing, my friend. i am so happy for you. what's your total weightloss now? i don't mean for the challenge--i mean total. you're doing so well. you're definitely getting the job done.
vickie, thank you for curtis' compliment. he is a pretty cute guy. i notice he's smiling more now that he's losing. that makes me smile.
donna, congratulations on losing 15 lbs. you're on a roll for sure. i am so happy for you.
frouf, congratulations to you for losing, too. i think i'm the only one weighing about the same now as i did when the challenge began. i need to get busy.
how many more weeks do we have?

Patti - congratulations on loosing that pound. 37 total that's pretty impressive.
Frouf - yea on getting back in gear, you'll do fine.
Sandra - you mis-read my post 15 is my goal I've lost a total of 6 so far in 6 weeks. We have 15 more to go. If I can keep to the 1 lb a week average I'll have to raise my goal .
Have a great week everyone.

After losing a pound a week for a while, my scale is going up. I'm really going back to basics: I'm carrying a piece of paper with me and writing down what I eat. I have been using the WW electronic system, and I know that I am "forgetting."
Curtis is right: I need to get this done. I can and will. But, like Sandra, I'm curious how many more weeks to go before the cruise.
