Question Greg's list of satisfying snacks for Fat Smash?

I don't have the pay subscription to fitclub, but I get a newsletter. In today's it talked about not eating those 100 calorie snack packs you buy at the grocery store. Does anyone know what the 100-150 calorie list is that is a subscriber and would like to share?

I'd love to see the list as well.

I used to purchase those 100-cal snack packs, but I gave them up a few weeks ago in favor of fruit and veggies. I got to thinking about those snack packs and I realized that while they may only be 100 calories, they are still processed junk food.

For my two 100 calorie snacks I divide into 3 snacks
1) 35 calorie light laughing cow cheese wedge spread on celery sticks
2) 60 calorie jello brand sugar free pudding
3) 100 calorie smart pop mini-bag popcorn by Orville Redenbacher

In the article Ian says that the 100 calorie snack packs are a bad idea because they do not have any nutrition. He says 'These overly processed snacks contain too much sugar (some have more than 2 teaspoons of sugar), are sweetened with high fructose corn syrup which may increase obesity risk, contain little or no fiber and are made with white flour and hydrogenated oils which contribute to heart disease and diabetes. Even though the 100-calorie snack pack may satisfy your brains desire to eat, it does little to nourish your body.'

Trying this diet again, so I thought I would way BUMP, this thread up. Did anyone ever find this Greg's list of snacks for 100-150 calories, and I don't mean the Nabisco 100 calorie snack packs, just snacks that are allowed that happen to fall in that same range of caloric numbers.
