Good morning ladies and gents. I hope this is the start of another very successful week.
I am down to 141 lbs. That's 2 lbs down from last week. I hope it sticks though. I did NOT have the best of weekends. A good few hundred calories over each day. It usually take 2 - 3 days for my weightlosses/gains to show up on the scale. I will have to be extra vigilent this week to make it stick. No problem - yeah right.
YEAH Robin....6 pound to go, you are smokin'!!! I just found out I won't be home for Friday's weigh in. DH has planned an ATV riding trip for me for my birthday and we leave Wednesday night, and won't be home till late Sunday. The GOOD thing about that is when I weigh in on friday the 29th, I KNOW I will be in ONEderland.
Wow Robin you are moving right a long. Good job. I was over a total of 2400 calories Saturday and Sunday. I'm cutting back 600 a day for the next 4 days to see if I can do damage control. I will be back here Friday to let you all know how that worked.
I can't believe you're six pounds from goal Robin! That's so freakin' exciting. I wonder and dream and dream and wonder if I'll ever be there. I want to be.
And Fritzy - the two-teens are a bit mental goal for me as well. Over ten years ago I lost from 330 or so down to 220 and when I break that 220 barrier in the future I'll feel like I'm finally breaking truly new ground. So congrats and enjoy them while they're here. The Two-0-somethings aren't so far away!
Just checking in here. Stayed the same this week. I am thinking I since I have upped my cardio ALOT this week without adding some more calories, that my body is hanging on a tad. No worries. We shall see what this week brings. Congrats to all the losers!!
I have been totally off-track so far this month. I finally braved the scale this morning and was relieved to see that I was down 1 lb from my last posting here. I am more excited about being back on track and recommitted!!
I lost another 2.2 pounds this week! I went from 206 to 203.8 pounds and 35.3% to 34.4% body fat this week. I've always been extremely muscular, but they're starting to be more noticeable when they're not flexed. I'm hoping to get to around 15% body fat, which is what I was at when I was body building back in 2001.
I am down almost 7 pounds from when I started last week (Alot of water loss I am sure, but it feels good). I am trying for 2 hours a day workout to speed things along - don't usually make it, get too busy, but that is my goal. I also started Fitday and can see more clearly where I am deficient - what a Great tool!! (Need to work on those veggies and fruits!)
