Default LAWL shakes ?
I have a question, how does LAWL shakes and Slim Fast shakes differ?
If they do.
The LAWL shakes are a little expensive.
How to you count the Slim fast shakes ion our food diary?

Not sure if it's ok but my COD told me I could count slim fast as 1P and 1S. I do this a lot in the mornings.
