Oh boy. I couldn't wait to get this one started.

I am down 4 lbs. To 143 lbs.

I have now lost more then 1/2 of my former self. I am now walking around with less then 1/2 of what I used to.

I still can't believe it. I feel like I'm dreaming or something.

Tommorrow is 4 months that I have been living much more healthfully. It will also be the first Bday that I am LIGHTER and HEALTHIER than the year before!!

I am down 4 lbs this week!

Down 1 this week. This is my last official weigh-in until July 2 because I'm headed out of town and will be away from my scales. Hopefully I'll see a big loss when I get home!!!

Tricia - congrats on your loss. Have a great time on your vacation. And yay for being merely obese! I think that is where I'm at right now too, and I can't wait to be overweight, don't know about you!

Whoo Hoo! Congratulations, Robin! That's an incredible achievement.

I'm down a quarter of a pound. Hey, a loss is a loss. It was just one of those weeks, where every day I'd wake up in a bad mood, and stuff (and people) kept happening and ticking me off, and I just decided I didn't want to try. I didn't binge or anything, just didn't try. But today is a new week, and I had my WW meeting this morning, and I realized what I had to do to get myself motivated and things. And a loss is a loss. *nods*

I was 209.8 pounds with 37.1% body fat last Monday.

When I weighed this morning, I was at 206.0 pounds and 35.3% body fat.

So, I lost 3.8 pounds and 1.8% body fat this week! I'm just hoping I can keep it up.
