My sister in law would like to try the LA plan. However, she's smaller than me and I'm not sure what plan she should be on - can one of you please help me with that.
Color of plan - and her allowed food amounts would be great !

I really appreciate it. She's been trying to eat well on her own, but she'd like to give this a try after hearing me talk about it.

She's 5'2" approx. and weighs 135, wants to get to 120-125. She said these last 10-15 lbs are being suborn and really wants to try LAWL. She's 32 yrs old.

She could start on gold, and then if she doesn't see any results she could move to green.

The link had the exchanges for green. It's only used as a last resort so not many people go on it. Gold is 2P, 2S, 1Fa, 1D, 3V, 3Fr, I think? Check out the daily menu threads for a good way to get the exchanges.
