Hi Can i join in this challenge this time, i get weighed on thursdays and ive decided i'm giving up chocolate til payday (29th), i seem to have gone by the wayside the past few weeks, put 2lbs on 2weeks ago lost 1lb yesterday so now i'm back to 14.5lbs loss still loads to go i need to make myself log onto this site more to help keep me motivated i MUST fit in a decent sized wedding dress....am aiming to be a size 16 by christmas currently an 18-20 and want to lost another 32lbs by November which is 2lbs a week as it's the last possible date i can order my dress size so fingers crossed
I've been away loads, and I'm on holiday for 2 weeks from Saturday, after which I'm moving! So I'm not gonna kid myself, I'll bow out of all these challenges for now, then join in once I'm moved and settled

And thanks, I'm off to Spain for a couple of weeks, then starting a job in London a week later! I'll then have budding jogging partners so the weight loss should be a lot easier, especially since I'll also be cooking for myself now, so fingers crossed
wow congratulations on the fantastic weight losses you're all doing great. Well ive been given even MORE incentive to stay on track to get svelte for my wedding.....we're going to the maldives for our honeymoon im so so so so sooooooooooooo excited but i need to able to look good in a bikini....thats all the people wear there all day lolol, ive been very good this weekend, have gone 4 days without chocolate now and am aiming to last til at least payday (29th)
Hi all, well i'm really disappointed this week, the scales say i put half a pound on and i dont know how, i even gave up chocolate and ate loads more fuit and veg so i'm really disheartened so much so that i bought myself a ripple and a kingsize snickers and i enjoyed EVERY mouthful!!! BUT today we paid the deposit on our honeymoon to the maldives so i gotta get back on track if i wanna wear a bikini.

Well i dont know if i've lost any weight this week, didn't go to class last night it's been a nightmare week, my rabbit was rushed to the emergency vets on tuesday at midnight coz he couldn't walk and kept falling on his chin so they checked him over and gave him some pain killers and told us to go to our usual vets the day after which at this point i'd gotten another migraine so ste took him to the vets now my bunnies are insured and we paid our excess at the emergency vets our usual vets checked him over sed he was fine and prescribed antibiotics and worming cream for some unknown reason but wouldn't let ste take them home as he didn't have any money and they refused to put it through the insurance so i rang up and complained got nowhere mum rang and complained and got nowhere so we found him another vets who gave him a full body x ray and did blood tests on him, gave him painkillers and antibiotics and discharged him yesterday with a load of drugs all through the insurance and they cant seem to find anything broken which is good news so we've just got to wait and see what happens at the vets tomorrow so i'll have to wait til next thursday to see if i've lost anything hope everyone else had a good week
