Default Does anyone count their carbs??

I was just curious, I am on the Purple paln and I am staying around 1300 calories a day and I was wondering if anyone is aware of the approx carbs on this plan? I wonder if it matters as long as we get the food/calories in for the day? Thanks...

Lysa- I have never counted carbs on LAWL. I can tell you that as an old Atkineer, my CCL is about 110 minus any fiber, so if I go over that, I don't lose anything. I have plugged my food into fitday and the ratio of fat, protein and carbs is pretty even on most days. Pretty close to what they recommend on the zone diet.
