What are your goals for this new month?? I am going to try to eat healthy every day, and excersize 3 or 4 times a week, maybe add in some weights and I hope to drop another 6 pounds this month to bring me down to 155. That is my End of June Goal....to be 155.
Lumifan! You and I are at exactly the same weight right now, 161, and we have exactly the same goal! I want to reach 155 by the end of June--that's my current goal weight!

I'm with you JayEll. Together...we can do this!! We all will keep checking back into this thread over the course of the month and keep motivating each other!!!
I want to lose at least 6 lbs, bringing me to 175. Preferably I'd like to lose more, but I don't want to make unrealistic goals!
I'd also like to practice better choice making habits when I am out with my friends, and reform my work eating habits.
OH, and be stricter with my 1500 cal limit. Too often I go over and say, "oh its just 100 cals".

I know...I can't believe it. I am not sure why I am losing so much but I am happy about it. I know I haven't been eating as much as usual but I am about to get back to the way I should be eating. I will be upping my calories again. (Depression has a way of making some people not want to eat. I don't eat when I am sad. But I am feeling better every day and so my appetite is coming back.) I am hoping that my body is liking dropping 2 pounds a week and even with adding back in more calories, I will keep dropping.
Way to go!!!! Woohoo!!! You might catch up with me by friday then!! I doubt I will be down to 158 by Friday. That would be 3 pounds in one week...impossible for me i'm sure.
