This thread is all about the ONE reason we are going to stay on plan today. Of course there are tons of excellent reasons to. But we're just wondering what's the ONE thing that's gonna do it for you today. It is meant to motivate us when we start wondering why we're working so hard and thinking "Ummm, why are we doing this again?". Or simply just to reinforce our new lifestyles.
I'm staying on plan today because I love the activity level that I am at. Although I surely wouldn't mind improving on that. It is such an unbelievable joy to be able to move around with ease.
I am staying on plan today, because I made it without a problem through May, I didn't cheat, I didn't eat any junk food, I exercised when I didn't want to,and lost 16 lbs. I plan on continuing this trend this month. I might not loose 16 lbs, maybe only 5, but as long as I stay on plan I can feel proud of myself, and encouraged to keep on doing it.

I'm staying on plan because I want to lose my next 10%, which will take me to 205. I've decided to start losing in %'s in stead of lbs, since most doctors agree that even a 10% loss of weight will help most people who are borderline with diseases attributed to obesity.
I'm on plan today because I feel so GOOD! Last summer before I started this journey I thought I felt good. I had no idea how good I could actually feel. I don't want this to ever end.
My one reason for staying on plan today is......I am OVER 1/2 WAY there!! For the first time in my life, I KNOW I will DO THIS. 2007 is MY YEAR. (61 pounds gone, 59 to go!!)
My sister is now taking karate. My neighbor is now doing the exercise DVD with her Mother and Sister. I am staying on plan today as I have set an example and need to continue being that person who lost all that weight ! It's for my friends and sister- but it's also for me.
I'm staying on plan to see the 170s. Yes, my weight loss seems to be slowing down now to about a pound a week, but I'll get there soon, right?

I am staying on plan today because the scale has been jumping around all week. It's fluctuating like crazy. It showed me a nice loss in the beginning of the week and now it's up 2 lbs from that nice new low I had had. I want that nice new low back - and permanent.
