I was reading a thread which had the person eating 3 oz. of 2 different kinds of proteins doin takeoff. Has something changed as I thought the 6oz your are allowed had to be the same protein????
I always do the same protein as that's what I was told, and what my sheet from the COD says. But I do know that others mix it up. I'm reallly not sure if they see any difference, but I'm still a "by the book" kinda girl.
