First Weigh In
I had my first official weigh in today and lost 8.2 pounds...pretty exciting, but I am realistic in that it is my first week and I am over 300#.
I have found the diet pretty easy to follow and actually one of the best I have tried...and I have tried about all of them.
Seems like we get lots of food actually. I realize as I scale down the diet will scale back, but honestly, I am having a hard time getting all the starches in.
Now, if it where in the form of pizza, it would be easy..hehe!

Don't get too crazy... The first weigh in always seems to be higher than your subsequent visits for the most part.. If your expectations go too high, you'll be disappointed with a one or two pound loss, whereas you should be thrilled with that, because any loss is a good thing!!
