Let's support each other on Tuesday, 5/22
I want to open a new thread everyday because I believe that you can really make something work if you do it one day at a time, especially 21 in a row (LOL)
In the past I've not met my goals because they were too inaccessible-- or the time frame to complete them in was too long. SO I don't know about Wednesday, or next week, but today, Tuesday May 22 I will achieve the following goals:
1. At least 30 minutes of excercise (even if I can't go to the gym and do situps and leglifts and ride my bike at home for 30 min. -- what does flylady say? You can do anything for 15 minutes, and that's three different things!)
2. Clean the clothes and things off my ironing board and put it away (ICK! what a terrible chore!)
3. Drink 3 protein shakes and eat 1 meal and 1 snack, under 1200 calories.
4. Go to the dentist. (I have to have a cavity filled, ICK! I'm so mad at myself for not getting my teeth cleaned regularly the way I should! -- because I hate to have people digging in my mouth... or my ears or nose or through a hole that's been cut in me . or in anyway invading any orifice. heh. )Okay, that's four that I think i can handle.
I'm reading the Virus and the Vaccine. Nice read, if you like science non-fiction.
