Default How did you do this week?

This was my first week back on plan after a month long binge that resulted in a 15 pound gain. ( so not worth it). But now i am back on track. I had a few goals for this week and I am proud to say, i met them. How did you do and what were your goals?

To lose 3 pounds:
To exercise 4 days in a row:
To keep away from sweets and stay around 1800 cals a day:

I am feeling so much better. It is good to be back in the game. I have missed you all.

Congrats on such a great week!!! , and the weight loss.
I began the week great , down 11 pounds since beginning, but have my T.O.M ate about 300 calories more a day( on fruits and rice cakes), and have been *****y for the past 3 days, woke up this morning and found out why, lol.
I would like to loose 2-3 pds a week- hopefully in 6 days I will be better with this

I exercised 5 days for 45 minutes that is my goal, so I met it.

I tried to eat less between 1500-1700, usually I wanted to be closer to teh 1500, but went near 1800 the last 2 days, I expect after my T.O.M, I will be back on track.
The good news is hubby bought Krispy Kreme last night( for Bkfst this morning), and I didn't eat one, I started craving one last night, and instead I got up and got a bad of those mini bags of chocolate drizzle rice cakes for 90 calories. So I feel ok, I ate 90 calories extra, but it was better than 3 Krispy kremes.

TOM for me too. Eating was ok until last night, and I paid for it with my weigh-in today. But I know it will come right back off. Just have to get more consistent. So that is my goal for next week... consistency!

I've been sick, so I haven't excercised the past 3 days. I've still been tracking what I've been eating, and I lost 4 lbs, bringing my total loss to 22 lbs.. I'm just worried I won't want to get back into my excercise routine.

I'm coming off a back injury and it has taken a little bit to get back in the groove, but I feel good about last week. I need to up my exercise a little bit heading into the weekend. My weigh in is on Monday and I would like to move my tracker.

I'm also still trying to add weights and strength exercises, so that continues to be my goal. Just have to do it!!!

I am down 13 lbs total now since April 4th, so I am happy with that.

This week:

I will stay on plan ALL day
I will excercise for 30 minutes FOUR days this week
I will drink my 64 ounces of water everyday

Tomorrow is my fifth wedding anniversary so we are going out for dinner and a play downtown. I am a little nervous about dinner but I think I have what I want mapped out. And I will have only one glass of champagne to keep the calories in check.

Wish me luck. Send me all your willpower vibes my way please

I did pretty good, being my first week of trying to get back on track.

I walked 3 of the 5 days I had planned (I still have the weekend though) and strength training 2 of the 3 days planned. I logged all of the food I ate and stayed on track all but 1 day (trip through McD's). I also drank 6-8 glasses of water each day (goal is 8)

This weekend I'm going to a baby shower for my niece. Hopefully I can find some healthy choices.

Sounds like everyone had a good week, even those of you that are coming off of illnesses and TOM.

I hope my second week is even better that my first week back. I am excited about the journey this time.

Good for you, Stacy!

I need to catch some of that excitement...I feel like I'm completely stalled.

I am down 5 pounds this week, and am really proud of myself for going a full week without weighing in (I'm not sure I'll keep this up all the time, but it seems beneficial for me- hard, but beneficial).

My goals for this next week are to exercise in some capacity outside of gym class, and to drink MUCH more water!

This week has been a good one for me. I won't know if I've lost any until Sunday, but I should have. I have stayed on plan all week, drank my water (except for Sunday) and have exercised 5 out of the last 6 days. I feel good about myself and thats enough to make it a good week.
