I soooo needed it!

I've been having a tough time staying on plan as of late. I will do well until 6pm and then all heck breaks loose. If it's not tied down, it ends up in my stomach. Sigh.

We ALL can do this. There's no secret, no special pill. Just commitment to what works for us. Most of us know what works. We just have to do it.

I look at all of these people and then look around 3FC and see all of these LIFE CHANGES going on all around us. Just look at you, Robin. You look like two entirely different people, and I know you FEEL like two different people.

I not only want myself to experience this, I want us ALL to do it. I want us ALL to change our lives. And the best part is... we CAN!

And Tiffany you have no idea whatsoever just how badly I want each and every one of you to experience it as well.

If someone would have told me one year ago that it was possible, I would have thought they were on crack or something. Really. I never thought I could have a before and and after of myself (though you guys know I'm not done yet, it's just a before and current). Seeing is believing, which is why I decided not to wait to goal to post my pics. It IS possible. It really and truly is. Dedication and commitment WILL take us there and then KEEP us there. No magic potions, no secret. Just sheer determination, that's all that's needed. We all have it within ourselves. And we all deserve it.
