Default Question for FitDay Users

FitDay lists a cup of French onion soup as having about 58 calories and less than 2 grams of fat. Now, whenever I have ever seen French onion soup, it's had bread in it and it's covered with melted cheese. FitDay doesn't list any ingredient for FOS. Any change that fat and calorie count might possible be for the bread and cheese too? Even as I write this, I realize it's wishful thinking.

I would bet that is the Campbells canned french onion soup. I do do each of the ingredients seperately.

Wishful thinking, I'm afraid. Gotta list that bread and cheese separately. Darn.

Sometimes when I doubt FitDay, I check the same food on thedailyplate.com. It has a great deal of listings. Good luck!

Thanks all. Sigh... I didn't eat the bread at all, and I added four slices of gouda cheese to my FitDay tracker. I think that sounds about right. It's much easier to stick to the calorie counting when eating simple foods, which is what I do most of the time but tonight was a special dinner out.

Anyway, thanks again!
