Hi Everybody...I have been so busy this past week have not had time to get online...all we have done is sleep and drive....drive and sleep...I have not done good this week but I was so afraid I had gained, but stepped on the scales this morning and still the same. We worked a detail for 4 days this past week, and the company we work for brought breakfast and lunch everyday, I managed to steer clear of the donuts but lunch was a different story. So starting Monday I am back on track....I at least want to lose a total of 20 lbs before we head for home which will be around the 22nd or 23rd of this month, and my doctors app is on the 31st, more blood work, so I have to really be good....
Hopefully I can get online more next week.....Miss all the posting..... to all.......
