Default Saturday Weigh Ins
Hmmm Maybe i am the only one with a saturday weigh in , but i figured i would start a new thread anyway

Had my meeting at 9am ... 1 more pound down for a total of 7.5 pound gone

it made me happy and motivated

how are all the other saturday weigh iners doin?

I am also a Saturday weigh-in!!
I had my meeting this morning, went at 8:30. I was down .8 pounds from last week... 15 pounds now.

I'm a Saturday weigh in too. I went in on Sunday this weekend since I had an appointment I had to go to on Saturday but I'm gonna post here anyway since it's usually Saturday :P

I was down 2.4 pounds from last week. I was really surprised but I think it has to do with last week being my TOM.

ok ... weigh in this morning ... lost 3 more pounds (and i was so nerveous this week about it!)

so in total i am down 10.5 pounds

that made my day

On Saturday when I weighed in I got an "m" for maintained, a nice way of saying I didn't lose anything. This was the morning after my departmental dinner though so that might explain it. I'm fairly certain I'll get a loss next Saturday as I'm trying much harder this week so far.
