Joining a new gym
gina menu looks great.Add some gusto to that breakfast.The smoothies are good but Core says to have it as a snack too.I found that if i didnt have a hearty breakfast I am more apt to graze on everything.so i stopped having my little oatmeal with a couple peices of fruit and started doing eggs,a veggie burger and a peice of toast I do so much better.I would be starving if i had a smoothie for breakfast.also add osme protien to that salad u will feel much more satisfied! experiment
I agree that protein is key to doing well - try and keep a couple of hb eggs in the fridge at all times - great snack - I find that keeps me going for a while in case I need something filling!

Left the house without eating and went to sing up at the gym and left and ate poorly ........ still will try to save they day .
