Hi all---I'm relatively new here and absolutely new to this section of the boards. I have a quick question and I'm sorry if it sounds ridiculously naive:
I was wondering what is a great, proven exercise for toning up the tricep/bicep area. No matter how fit I've been in my life, my tricep/bicep strength is zero (well not completely or I'd be liquid, but you understand). It's unflattering. I desperately want to tone that area. Any suggestions?
