coffee with splenda and skim
ww smoothie with banana

grapes

spinach salad with turkey, ff cheese and cranberries 2 pts
ff raspberry vinegrett dressing

ny steak trimmed on the grill
baked potato
veggies steamed

popcorn
strawberries

Lets stay OP this weekend and drink our water for a great loss next week

snack - pineapple
dinner - LO core stuff - need to clean out the fridge!

Breakfast: 1/2 c lf cottage cheese w/fruit, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: turkey/cheese sandwich on whole grain, raw veggies, fruit salad

Snack: cheese string, green apple

Dinner (out w/my gf who is in crisis) - steakhouse: probably salad, steak, baked potato?

veggie burger on bed of lettuce

D: not sure! might have some tunawith lettuce I had LO spagetti from last night but i screwed myself by eating the hashbrowns this morning!
