Pumpkin Fluff
2 boxes sugar free vanilla pudding
4 cups skim milk
1 can (29oz) of canned pumpkin, not pie filling
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 cup low fat (or fat free) cool whip
Mix pudding with milk with a mixer until it starts to thicken. Fold in pumpkin and spices. Fold in cool whip. Serve into individual containers and chill.
