Default Hi there...back on the diet wagon.

I'm 21, and currently at 146 at 5'2". My highest weight was 160, and got down to as low as 138. The weight slowly crept back after a stressful semester, and when I came home and attempted South Beach again, found that all it really did was make me weak and cranky.

I've got four months to finally get myself under control, maybe even reach my ultimate goal weight of 120. It sounds silly, but as I will be sharing be sharing a room again in the fall when I go back to school, my biggest thing is that I wish I could just be comfortable changing in front of a roommate, and not feeling like I have to run to the bathroom just to put on pajamas!

I know this is kind of broad, but I would love any advice or words of wisdom in getting me started--again--on this difficult experience.
